Popdom is a 20 ft expandable container house: a foldable modular home built for year-round living or use as a holiday home. It is 2.2 m wide in transport and unfolds to 35 m² of usable floor space with a complete electrical installation and bathroom module. The sandwich walls have 50–100 mm insulation, and there are four layouts with 1 to 3 bedrooms.

In Polish conditions, customers mainly prepare concrete piers (we send a ready-made design for this). Some people set the home on ordinary concrete blocks, but the manufacturer most strongly recommends an insulated foundation slab.
Yes, our range includes homes made of sandwich panels insulated with polystyrene from 50 mm to 100 mm thick. We make every effort to ensure our thermal insulation is as good as possible.

A complete home in the layout of your choice: structure, walls, UPVC windows, steel door, PVC bathroom module with fittings, electrical installation with a distribution board, PVC flooring. Surcharges apply only to options that raise the standard.
No. Because of the weight of the parts, unfolding the house requires the help of 4–6 people (depending on their physical strength) or the use of suitable equipment (e.g. a winch or a hydraulic lift). Such equipment is especially useful when unfolding the second wall, where the floor and the side wall are lowered together. The whole unfolding, including fitting the seals, takes on average about 3 hours.
